FIFTY FIFTY Reveals More Claims: Forced To Meet Investors Without Prior Notice & Tell Lies

Girl group FIFTY FIFTY released additional statements

On October 14th, FIFTY FIFTY posted on their Instagram account, saying “We wanted to carry out activities in a sincere way”.

The members revealed that the agency called them to a meeting with investors without prior notice on April 28th. They explained, “They promised to let Aran take a week off before the surgery and two months for recovery”, adding “The meeting was right before the vacation schedule”.

FIFTY FIFTY members also confessed that they felt insulted by the responses of CEO J at the meeting with US Company H. They said, “It was so difficult for us to face investors we had never met before because the CEO told us to make false answers to questions about our abilities”.

Emphasizing that the remarks made by CEO J were different from what the interpreter told them at the meeting, the members complained, “We still remember the shock and the feeling of distrust we felt that day.”

FIFTY FIFTY continued, “Are attracting investment and gaining profits more important than the members’ health? CEO, have you ever sat face-to-face with us for a meal? We wanted to do activities in a sincere and transparent way”.

FIFTY FIFTY filed an injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts with Attrakt earlier in June but the court ruled in favor of the agency and dismissed FIFTY FIFTY’s injunction in August. The girl group submitted an appeal and the lawsuit is still going on.

Attrakt also sued The Givers’s CEO Ahn Sung-il, claiming that he was the external force that tried to steal FIFTY FIFTY members. In September, Attrakt’s CEO filed another suit to claim 1 billion won in compensation for damage.

On the 12th, FIFTY FIFTY members released a long post promising to unveil the whole story, starting with exposing Attrakt’s lack of care for their health conditions.
