The first interrogation for Fantasy Boys Yoo Jun Won’s contract lawsuit will be held this October
According to legal circles on September 19th, Seoul Western District Court’s Civil Affairs Department Division 21 will hold an interrogation on October 17th for the injunction against Phunky Studio filed by Yoo Jun Won to suspend his exclusive contract.
The interrogation was originally scheduled for September 19th, but it has been postponed to October 17th due to the change in the court’s schedule.
Earlier on August 22nd, Yoo Jun Won caused a stir when he filed a lawsuit against Phunky Studio. Yoo Jun Won won first place in the audition program “Boy Fantasy” and joined the project boy group Fantasy Boys, which is set to debut on September 21st.
Shortly after the report on Yoo Jun Won’s lawsuit, Phunky Studio released a statement saying Yoo Jun Won would not carry out activities with the group due to his unauthorized departure and that his parents demanded an increase in profit distribution based on his No.1 rank.
However, Yoo Jun Won’s side refuted the accusation and claimed that they only asked for changes to unreasonable contract terms.
As the legal battle intensified, Phunky Studio is planning to file a lawsuit against Yoo Jun Won to claim 3 billion won in damage compensation.
