Cha Ha-kyeon from “Castaway Diva” On Being Called “Dad” by Fans and His Appreciation For “Team Woo-hak”

Actor Cha Hak-yeon talked about his latest drama “Castaway Diva”

Cha Hak-yeon recently participated in an interview with Sports Chosun to talk about his role in “Castaway Diva.”

In the interview, Cha Hak-yeon shared, “A lot of people call me ‘Ajubonim (Dad)’. The response was so funny. I was like, ‘Why do you call me ‘Ajubonim?’ but since Mokha and I have a hints as a couple, I think they called me ‘Ajubonim’ as soon as the second episode ended. At first, I didn’t know English (to understand international fans’ comments) and thought, ‘There’s still a lot of episodes left, why did they decide to call me ‘Ajubonim’ so soon?’ and those reactions were funny. Also, there were a small number of people still in Team Woo-hak.”

He added “I also search on social media, and see that most of them imagine and draw Woo-hak’s life (in fan arts). I’d like to take this opportunity to tell you that I’m enjoying it. The people of Team Woo-hak are so persistent that they will succeed. I hope you live happily.”
