BTS’s Jungkook Became Most Nominated Artist In China Year End Awards Despite No Chinese Activities

On December 20, the 2023 China Year End Awards announced the nominees of this year, including various artists around the world.
Many K-POP artists, such as BTS’ Jungkook, EXO, (G)I-DLE, aespa, were also named in the nomination list. Especially, Jungkook, despite having no official promotion in China, became the most nominated artist for the 2023 China Year End Awards with 19 nominations. Notably, this is also the first time the male idol is nominated for this award. Following Jungkook is EXO with 15 nominations.
