BTS leader RM mentioned “Asian Hate”.
At BTS’s “Permission To Dance On Stage” concert meeting held at Sofi Stadium, Los Angeles on November 29th, when asked about the “Asian Hate” issue in the U.S, which has become more serious since the pandemic broke out, RM said, “I feel a heavy responsibility when talking about Asians”.
RM shared, “I was not born or raised abroad, but I could feel the barriers while carrying out activities in foreign countries. I feel that some barriers are difficult to be expressed in language while some can be clearly seen”. Then, he emphasized, “I think it is our honor and happiness for us that our music can give strength to Asians living in any place all over the world. If there is a chance for me to speak out about “Asian Hate”, I will do so.”
Since every word of BTS has had a great influence on people all over the world, RM’s remarks are also expected to become a meaningful message.
Meanwhile, BTS’s “Permission To Dance On Stage – LA” 4-day concert will be held on Nov 28th, Dec 1st and Dec 2nd, following their first performance on Nov 27th (local time).
