BLACKPINK to Hold VR Encore Concert, Lively 1st Person Perspective

On December 25, YG Entertainment announced that the VR encore concert of BLACKPINK, “BLACKPINK: A VR Encore”, will take place on December 26 (local time) on Meta Horizon Worlds. 

This VR adaptation is based on the “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR BORN PINK FINALE IN SEOUL”, which was held on September 16 and 17 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.

This performance will last approximately 70 minutes, featuring a medley of BLACKPINK’s hit songs such as “How You Like That” and “Pink Venom”. In addition to the unique opportunity to experience BLACKPINK’s concert in VR, viewers will be able to feel a first-person lively perspective from the front rows of Gocheok Sky Dome. 

Regarding their VR performance, BLACKPINK expressed their joy, stating, “We are pleased to present our music to more global fans in a new way,” and added, “This VR concert is an extension of the tour that we put our hearts into, and we hope fans enjoy it together.”

Meanwhile, “BLACKPINK: A VR Encore” will be available for viewing in a total of 7 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Iceland, Ireland, and Spain on December 26 (local time). A replay will be available for one month afterward.
