BIGBANG’s Daesung “Without G-Dragon and Taeyang’s support, I wouldn’t have been able to take on various challenges”

On TV Chosun’s “Heo Young Man’s Food Travel”, which will be broadcasted at 8 PM on Feb 16th, BIGBANG’s Daesung, who has been in the industry for 19 years and is soon to be considered a legend idol, goes on a food trip to the peaceful countryside of Hwasun, Jeollanam-do.

Daesung, a natural-born singer who transcends genres with his talent not only in idol activities but also in ballads and trot, candidly shares his musical journey that cannot be separated from his songs. He plans to reveal every detail, from the trot DNA inherited from his parents to the process of growth through his activities in BIGBANG. Daesung expressed gratitude to his fellow members, “Especially without the support and encouragement from G-Dragon and Taeyang, I wouldn’t have been able to take on various challenges.“

Continuing his music life story, Daesung also shares anecdotes from his time as a recruit assistant instructor during his military service. From the sight of recruits shouting “Ahh!” to the behind-the-scenes stories of “Army Bang” formed by celebrity soldiers, the military episodes of Daesung will be revealed.

Meanwhile, Daesung also held a mini concert in Hwasun. Starting from “Lies” to “Bang Bang Bang”, Daesung ignited the food traveler’s excitement. When the food traveler’s surprising (?) dance skills were revealed on the spot, it brought laughter to everyone.
