Dawn Introduces Virtual Human Project After Deleting Photos With Hyuna
After erasing all traces of his ex-lover Hyuna on SNS, Dawn made an unexpected move of planning a virtual human project
On July 15th, Dawn released a photo of virtual human Dani and a creator looking like a mountain goat.
Earlier last month, Dawn hinted that he was planning for a new project by tagging the SNS account of Dani. Dawn added a caption, saying “Let me introduce Dani, my best friend and a person who shares my soul. I’ll show you the thing that I’ve made with Dani for a long time”, adding “Please look forward to Dani’s activities with much love and interest”.
In the same month, Dawn then posted a profile picture of Dani, who resembles himself, and then a month later, on July 16th, he revealed the appearances of Dani and the creature. Dawn’s move of releasing his project pictures right ahead of the marriage of Yong Jun-hyung and his ex-girlfriend Hyuna on SNS.
After publicizing his romance with Hyuna in 2016, Dawn drew attention as he did not delete pictures of him showing affection for Hyuna and kissing her on SNS even after their breakup in 2022. It was because of his promise to Hyuna when the two appeared on MBC’s “Radio Star” during their dating period.
However, Dawn’s ex-lover Hyuna recently announced her marriage to singer Yong Jun-hyung on July 8th. Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung have been dating publicly since October 11th and they will get married on October 11th at Samcheonggak, Seoul.
Even after the marriage announcement, Dawn still kept photos with Hyuna on his SNS. In this regard, netizens showed divided opinions. Some believe that Dawn should delete the photos in consideration of Hyuna’s husband-to-be Yong Jun-hyung, while others think there’s no problem because he’s only keeping his promise to Hyuna in the past.
Later, Dawn deleted his pictures with Hyuna as if he was aware of the controversy. In the end, all the traces of Hyuna still disappeared from Dawn’s SNS.
