What will happen to ‘Delusion’, in which Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee are discussing appearing together? “Under discussion”

On April 1st, Showbox, the co-producer of “Delusion”, told Ilgan Sports, “The participation of Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee is still under discussion. The decision regarding whether it will be a series or a movie is also under discussion.

“Delusion” is the upcoming work of director Han Jae-rim and is based on the webtoon of the same name. Set in Gyeongseong in 1935 and Shanghai in the 1800s, it is a mystery thriller that tells the story of a painter who is commissioned a portrait of a seductive woman.

Before the public revelation of Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee’s relationship, they had already received casting offers and are still considering them. Ryu Jun-yeol has previously collaborated with director Han Jae-rim in the movie “The King” and Netflix’s series “The 8 Show”. If Han So-hee decides to star in “Delusion”, it will be her first collaboration with director Han Jae-rim.

Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee were caught up in dating rumors after traveling to Hawaii together on March 15th. Both agencies, which initially stayed silent, confirmed their relationship after Ryu Jun-yeol’s ex-girlfriend, singer-actress Hyeri, posted a message saying “It’s interesting“. However, controversies arose during this process, including speculation about transit love, which both agencies denied.

Despite the denials from both sides, transit love controversy continued to swirl, and ultimately, Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee broke up just two weeks after the dating rumors emerged.

Han So-hee’s agency 9ato Entertainment announced the breakup on March 30th, stating, “Both of them realized that their roles as actors are more significant. They promised not to waste their emotions on personal matters anymore.

Ryu Jun-yeol’s agency C-JeS Entertainment also confirmed the breakup through an official statement on the same day, stating briefly, “The two broke up.” However, they refrained from commenting on the timing or reasons for the breakup.
