Popular mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang made a surprise return to social media on August 12, posting several photos without any caption after a long hiatus.
In the pictures, Tzuyang wore an oversized T-shirt while taking mirror selfies, showcasing her trademark youthful looks and flashing a playful V-sign. Her fans warmly welcomed the update, expressing relief and support after roughly 16 months of silence on her accounts.
Comments ranged from “Glad to see you healthy,” “You seem a bit slimmer, stay strong,” to “Still so cute” and “Forever the ultimate youthful beauty.”
Last year, Tzuyang shocked fans by revealing a dark past involving physical abuse, threats, and extortion amounting to 4 billion KRW by her former agency CEO and ex-boyfriend. The case escalated when cyber harassers also threatened her using this past as leverage.
After keeping a low profile following these revelations, Tzuyang made her terrestrial TV comeback in July on MBC’s Radio Star . On August 10, she appeared on MBC’s Omniscient Interfering View , expressing gratitude towards her manager who supported her during the difficult times.

Her manager shared, “I lived with Tzuyang for about three months last year. We didn’t leave the house once during that time. There were moments when she sat down and cried because it was so tough.”
Recently, Tzuyang has joined new shows including ENA, NXT, and Comedy TV’s Where Will It Go? , signaling a fresh start and receiving widespread encouragement from fans.
