SBS drama “Our Beloved Summer” topped the list for three consecutive weeks on both the TV and cast members hot topic charts.
According to the drama TV topic chart of the second week of January released by Good Data Corporation on Jan 18th, the drama “Our Beloved Summer” topped the list. The series is then followed by “Bulgasal,” “Young Lady and Gentleman,” and “The King of Tears, Lee Bang-won.”
The main actors Choi Woo-sik and Kim Da-mi ranked first and second side by side in terms of TV cast popularity. They are then followed by Lee Jun, Kim Nam-gil, Kim Woo-seok, Lee Se-hee, Lee Jin-wook, Ji Hyun-woo, Gong Seung-yeon, and Kwon Nara.
The drama “Our Beloved Summer” is a youth romance that unfolds as a breakup couple is forcibly summoned back together due to the popularity of their documentary filmed in high school.
Kim Da-mi and Choi Woo-sik, who worked together in the 2018 film “The Witch”, appear as the main actors. Choi Woo-sik plays the character Choi Woong, a building illustrator with a free soul.
Kim Da-mi plays as Kook Yeon-soo, a realist public relations expert who prioritizes her success over everything. Kook Yeon-soo is a person who lives with all her might everyday, but deep inside, she is adapting to the reality with wounds in her heart that others do not know about.
