AKMU Lee Chan-hyuk expressed his feelings about working with Chungha.

AKMU Lee Chan-hyuk writes his own creative narrative as well as new challenges as an artist through his first solo full-length album “ERROR”.

On this day, Lee Chan-hyuk said, “The first person who came to mind when I made this song was Chungha. Her voice was very important.”

He explained, “Chungha’s voice is not too bright, and she doesn’t sing too technically. When I discussed my regret about the song, I said I needed someone who could deliver it with the voice tone I wanted. Then Chungha was the first person who came to my mind when I looked for a featuring artist who can sing that really loudly”.

All 11 songs of “ERROR” album are connected to one story. While making his unique honest emotions, philosophies, and organic compositions stand out, Lee Chan-hyuk also impressively portrays the changes in his attitudes and psychology toward life.

It all began when Lee Chan-hyuk asked himself, “Would you have any regrets if the last moment of your life was approaching?”. Talking about “transcendental freedom“, which is not affected by any environment or condition, he found contradictions, or “errors”, in his songs in the past.
