NCT 127’s fandom NCTzen was moved by Nature Republic’s fast reaction.
On November 9th, cosmetics brand Nature Republic made an announcement about the application for “NCT 127 Fan Festival” on its Twitter account.
Earlier, Nature Republic successfully held a fan festival for EXO. With a variety of activities, such as a photo zone with EXO’s life-sized figures, games that show the members’ mischievous sides, and sexy performances, EXO fans were very satisfied.
With good reviews from the previous festival held by Nature Republic, NCT 127 fans also showed keen interest in the event this time. In particular, they left many comments asking for the venue, date and size of the festival as well as pouring out questions about the application system because they could only join the event if they got chosen.
As NCT 127 has such a big fandom, lots of questions were sent to Nature Republic. The cosmetics brand also showed their delicate side by looking at fans’ reactions in real-time.
At late night on November 10th, Nature Republic posted, “We’re continuously checking your reactions to the announcement. Please feel free to share your opinions”.
Afterwards, at around 1 a.m today (November 11th), Nature Republic made an additional notice, saying “We notify you this after reflecting on your opinions. We would like to thank everyone for commenting”.
The released post shows Nature Republic answering fans’ inquiries by numbering fans’ questions in the form of Q&A and replying to the questions one by one. NCT 127 fans were greatly moved upon seeing Nature Republic’s effort in providing more accurate information to fans by passionately monitoring reactions in real-time until early in the morning.
In response to Nature Republic’s post, fans commented, “They’re so fast”, “Nature Republic is working so hard, I think I should try their cream”, “Wow, perfect… I wish Nature Republic will be more successful”, “The feedback makes me cry. I like Nature Republic so much”, “Even if it’s a K-job, they did handle it well”, “Nature Republic sincerely cares for NCTzens. SM doesn’t even care for us this much. I’m so touched”, etc.
NCTzen also left various thank-you messages in the comment section, expressing their admiration for Nature Republic’s quick feedback.
Amidst compliments for Nature Republic’s fast response to fans’ questions until late dawn, “Nature NCT 127 Fan Festival” also rose on Twitter’s top trending chart at 11 a.m today (November 11th), drawing attention.
Meanwhile, NCT 127 will continue their world tour with shows in Bangkok, Thailand from Dec 3rd to Dec 5th.
