The Girl, Who Related to Kim Ji-woong’s Cursing Controversy, Got Attacked by ZB1’s Fans

ZB1 Kim Ji-woong is recently accused of cursing after finishing a call with a fan

Recently, ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) held a video call event. After the event, Kim Ji-woong, a member of the group, was embroiled in controversy over various speculations that he cursed after finishing a call with a fan.

Wakeone, ZEROBASEONE’s agency, then dismissed the allegation on February 3rd, stating, “After internal verification and consulting with on-site staff and interpreters, we confirm it is not true.”

The management company’s announcement has led to the fan involved in the incident being attacked by the group’s fans. This person has recently spoken out about the matter.

“Hello everyone,

I am writing this extended post because I have been enduring malicious speculations and personal attacks, regardless of the truth. After I uploaded the video, why did the company immediately release a statement about a sasaeng fan breaking in and spreading rumors unrelated to my video? I am not a sasaeng fan breaking into an apartment illegally, nor am I someone attempting to message other members and spreading rumors… Immediately, people labeled me as a sasaeng fan in that lawsuit announcement and began cyberbullying me recklessly. The story about me spread like snowballs, rolling and growing larger.

They say I am a malicious person, that Kim Ji Woong reacted that way because my face is too ugly, that I must be cursed for talking about that LGBTQ+ film. I am enduring personal attacks and distorted malicious intentions.

Initially, I thought I misheard the insults, so I watched the video many times.

Then, I kept thinking, maybe I look awful, maybe I said something wrong, but honestly, I couldn’t find a reason, and I don’t know why he spoke to me like that? It’s truly sad…

This morning, the company issued a statement denying that anyone said such things after verifying with the owner and staff at the scene. It was a fansign event a week ago, how can he completely deny the existence of the video based on the memory of the staff at the scene and himself? How can he provide an official standpoint just by saying, ‘It’s not true…’

The company is targeting me personally, trying to blame me for spreading false rumors, wanting to shift all the blame to me. I truly feel wronged and very saddened.

They curse me, say I’m a prostitute, accuse me of talking about the LGBTQ+ film, say my face is ugly… Please stop these rumors…

Thank you for reading my long post.”
