Taeyang on How Fatherhood Has Influenced His Playlist: “I Listen to Lots of Children’s Songs Because of My Baby”
Taeyang talks about his baby with wife Min Hyo Rin.
On May 4th, a video featuring the guest appearance of Taeyang, who recently made a solo comeback after a long break, as a guest on the YouTube channel “Yongjinho Health Center,” was posted.
In the video, MC Lee Jin Ho asked Taeyang, “What songs are on your playlist these days?” Taeyang replied, “I’ve been listening to my own music a lot lately, or I listen to a lot of children’s songs because of my baby,” and caused laughter.
When Lee Jin Ho asked, “What’s been on your mind these days?” Taeyang said, “Our baby just started walking, so I’m taking care of him while at home.” and sought advice from parenting veteran MC Lee Yong Jin.
Lee Yong Jin suggested, “Should I take care of him for a few days while you go somewhere?” mentioning his son, Yoon Jae. He added, “Yoon Jae really likes kids his age,” and made Taeyang laugh by saying, “I’ll charge you 150,000 won (for babysitting).”
Upon hearing Lee Yong Jin’s suggestion, Lee Jin Ho hilariously advised Taeyang, “Just in case, install CCTV before you leave. That way, nothing will happen.”
