Spire “Sue Omega X and IPQ for illegal acts”

The former agency Spire Entertainment, which is in a legal dispute with Omega X and the current agency IPQ, announced their intention to take legal action.

They claimed that they had signed an “IP Transfer Agreement” with Omega X and Danal Entertainment in March to clarify rights and obligations regarding music production and distribution. However, Spire Entertainment stated that they had clearly communicated to Danal Entertainment and the transferee (former manager Yang) that they would not sign the agreement if Omega X became involved with Danal Entertainment.

Omega X

Spire Entertainment asserted that they received confirmation that Omega X would not be associated with Danal Entertainment or Yang, and proceeded with the IP Transfer Agreement on that basis. Nevertheless, Omega X signed an exclusive contract with IPQ, an associate company of Danal Entertainment, making Spire Entertainment argue that the IP Transfer Agreement is invalid.

Spire Entertainment pointed out that IPQ had an image unsuitable for idols due to their involvement in adult film production. They further alleged that IPQ’s actions, including submitting a petition slandering Spire Entertainment’s former CEO in the injunction lawsuit between Spire Entertainment’s former CEO and Omega X members, raised suspicions of tampering.

Spire Entertainment also revealed that they are in the process of canceling the IP Transfer Agreement due to the deceptive actions of Danal Entertainment and IPQ, which they believe have deeply involved Omega X members.

Omega X

Spire Entertainment claimed that their exclusive contracts with Omega X are still valid, as the members did not follow the termination procedures outlined in individual exclusive contracts. They announced their intention to regain control of the Omega X IP.

Spire Entertainment declared that they would pursue legal action against IPQ and Omega X members for disclosing false information about the dispute and causing damages through unlawful actions. They concluded by stating that they are considering legal measures, including criminal charges and civil lawsuits, against IPQ and Omega X members for their actions.
