Kim Young Chul confessed, “I’ve had many sad moments in life. My parents got a divorce when I was a junior in high school, and in my senior year, my brother passed away. It was a car accident. It was too much for a 19-year-old kid to take, so that was the time when I cried the most throughout my life. For months, all day, the day at his funeral, and that week. I’ve never felt sadder than that time… I think that’s why I try to live my life with more laughter”.

He continued, “I miss my brother so much. I miss him, even now. He doesn’t come to see me in my dreams often. It’s very strange, but same for my dad who also passed away. I would like to see him in my dreams, but he doesn’t show up. Kim Gu Ra told me ‘He’s not showing up in your dreams because you’re too loud’. It no longer made me tear up then…”
