Song Joong Ki on His ‘Queen Of Tears’ Cameo: ‘I Rushed Over When Offered the Vincenzo Role’
Actor Song Joong Ki shared his impressions on his special appearance in "Queen of Tears"
On April 3, a behind-the-scenes video of episodes 7-8 of the tvN weekend drama “Queen of Tears” was released on the Channel ‘tvN drama’.
Earlier, Song Joong Ki made a special appearance as the lawyer Vincento in episode 8 of “Queen of Tears,” which aired on March 31. Song Joong Ki captivated viewers with his perfect suit fit and charismatic presence, just like his appearance in the drama “Vincenzo” which aired in 2021.
In the video, Song Joong Ki expressed his thoughts on the filming, saying, “I came running because I was told I had the role of Vincento. Kim Ji Won is working hard on the shoot, so I came to support her, but I find myself enjoying the filming even more.”
He continued, “There seems to be a variety of genres mixed in, so I also had fun. I enjoyed the atmosphere on set with Director Jang Young Woo and Director Kim Hee Won.”
Song Joong Ki also mentioned his chemistry with Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, saying, “It was great to film with Kim Soo Hyun after such a long time. So, I’m even more excited for Soo Hyun’s long-awaited comeback. Although I’ve worked on many projects with Kim Ji Won, it feels like it’s been a while since I felt such tremendous energy from her while shooting today. As one of the viewers, I will enjoy and support ‘Queen of Tears’.”
