Lee Da Hae recently hosted a housewarming party at her newlywed home.
On September 7th, Lee Da Hae shared a new post with a caption that reads, “With good friends #daydrinking.”
Lee Da Hae and Se7en‘s newlywed home has already been revealed through TV programs. They reportedly reside in a luxury villa in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was purchased in 2013.
The most recent transaction for the villa was 4.6 billion won, and it was made in October 2021, two years ago. Actors like Lee Min Ho, Choi Ji Woo, and Kwon Sang Woo also lived in this villa.
After their marriage, Se7en and Lee Da Hae have been enjoying a happy newlywed life, inviting friends to their new home for drinks.
In the midst of this, it has been revealed that Lee Da Hae sold a building she had purchased in August of last year for 2.4 billion won, under a company name suspected to be related to her family, for 46.8 billion won.
This drew attention as it resulted in a profit of nearly 20 billion won. With this profit, Lee Da Hae purchased a newly built building worth 15.96 billion won in Nonhyeon-dong. In addition to this, Lee Da Hae owns two more real estate properties.
