In the video, Ryu Jun-yeol was spending time reading fans’ concerns and giving advice. When a fan complained about having no appetite, the actor replied, “Since I’m a T person, I can’t relate to it, but I still want to give an answer. I think if you work out as if you are preparing for a marathon early in the morning, you’ll get your appetite back. Having no appetite means you don’t feel hungry, right?”

He smiled awkwardly and said, “I guess I’ll be in big trouble if I answer like this. I’m afraid people will ask whether I’m a T. T people are traumatized. They have the trauma of being a T, a trauma of being born as a T. That means they’ve already had a trauma since birth”.

Ryu Jun-yeol also gave his own advice, saying “If you run a lot in the morning, you will feel a craving for food no matter what kind of food it is. Even plain rice has a sweet taste in that situation”.

The actor continued reading the story of a high school senior with a concern about their dream. He then sincerely shared, “I’m trying not to rush and approach things more leisurely these days. Even when I have to do several things a day, I try to focus on only one thing at a time. I guess I have this mindset because I did so many things during my 20s. Trying to do a lot of things as I did back then when I had more energy is too much for me now.”

He added, “On the other hand, if I had allowed myself to enjoy a relaxing life in my 20s, my current life would be very tiring. When we talk about our beautiful 20s, it means we live each day of the time to the fullest because we have many things to do, such as doing part-time jobs, studying, dating, hanging out, etc.
