Netizens raised different responses to several scenes of the radio broadcast in which TWICE Dahyun and Tzuyu joined as guests.
On the broadcast of KBS CoolFM’s “Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show” aired on November 17th, TWICE Dahyun and Tzuyu appeared to promote their new song ‘SCIENTIST’. After the two introduced their album, DJ Park Myung-soo asked for their digital achievements, saying, “You are carrying out promotion activities for “SCIENTIST’, so how is the reaction to the song? Fans are getting more enthusiastic about it, right?”
As of 8 A.M on November 18th, TWICE’s new song – ‘SCIENTIST’ ranks No.51 in the Melon TOP 100 and No.53 in Gennie Chart. This song is not performing well on major music charts. To Park Myung-soo‘s continued questions, Dahyun and Tzuyu smiled awkwardly and tried to not answer, but Park Myung-soo said, “How about on the fruit chart (melon chart)? Can I take a look?” he asked persistently.
Then Dahyun looked at the real-time comment window and replied by reading the comment, “What do you want them to do by pushing them like that, they are TWICE! Dahyun is a funny person, but she was discouraged by her reputation. Let’s focus, Dahyun.”
In response, Park Myung-soo asked, “You chose it on purpose, right?” Dahyun smiled and said, “I saw (read) this as it came out.” Internet users who encountered the scene responded in various ways, such as “I think she could have answered more sensibly,” “Why was he asking so persistently,” “This is the question that he is allowed to ask as a host,” and “Park Myung-soo was more rude throughout the broadcast.”
Meanwhile, TWICE is on the promotion period of its third full album “Formula of Love: O+T=<3″ and title song “SCIENTIST,” released on November 12th.
