“Queen of Tears” Kim Soo-hyun Dominates Top Spot In April Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings

“Queen of Tears” actor Kim Soo-hyun took the first place in the TV series brand reputation rankings in April 2024

On April 10th, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute announced the analysis of drama actor brand big data in April 2024. As a result, Kim Soo-hyun ranked No.1, followed by No.2 Cha Eun-woo and No.3 Moon Sang-min.

The analysis measures 41,037,372 brand big data of 50 actors in dramas airing from March 10th to April 10th based on brand participation, media, communication and community indexes. Compared to the brand big data in March (58,213,192), the April figure decreased by 29.51%.

Kim Soo-hyun achieved first place with a total brand reputation score of 4,673,781, including 1,004,501 in participation index, 1,339,250 in media index, 1,166,829 in communication index, and 1,163,200 in community index.

Cha Eun-woo placed second with a total score of 4,421,563. In particular, the actor recorded 966,666 in participation index, 977,734 in media index, 1,269,624 in communication index and 1,207,539 in community index.

The third place went to Moon Sang-min with a total brand reputation score of 2,443,068 with a participation index of 322,393, a media index of 481,467, a communication index of 720,719 and a community index of 918,489.

Queen of Tears” actress Kim Ji-won scored 2,362,540 and placed No.4 in the brand reputation ranking, followed by No.5 Kim Nam-joo with a brand reputation score of 1,720,024.

Apart from Top 5, the actors who appeared in the April 2024 Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings from No.6 to No.30 were Lee Bo-young, Kim Kang-woo, Ji Hyun-woo, Im Soo-hyung, Park Hyung-sik, Kwak Dong-yeon, Kim Ha-neul, Park Shin-hye, Lee Sol, Lee Yoo-bi, Lee Joo-bin, Im Se-mi, Jang Seung-jo, Ham Eun-jung, Yeon Woo-jin, Kwon Na-ra, Lee Chung-ah, Oh Hyun-kyung, Uhm Ki-joon, Lee Moo-saeng, Won Mi-kyung, Joo Won, Bae Yoon-kyung, Baek Sung-hyun, and Oh Seung-ah.

Director Koo Chang-hwan of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute said, “Kim Soo-hyun, who is attracting consumers’ attention along with the popularity of the drama ‘Queen of Tears’, topped the brand reputation rankings in April. ‘Heartfluttering’, ‘heartwarming’ and ‘Exciting’ are mostly linked to Kim Soo-hyun. ‘Queen of Tears’, ‘Kim Ji-won’ and ‘viewership’ accounted for high percentages in the keyword analysis. Kim Soo-hyun brand also achieved a positive rate of 89.55%”.
