Park Bo-gum is returning to his daily life after fulfilling his military service.
According to sources in the military, Park Bo-gum was early discharged from the military on February 21st after using up all his remaining personal and pre-discharging days off.
To prevent the spread of Covid-19, everyone in the military is discharged without being required to return to their units after using up their pre-discharging days off. As a result, Park Bo-gum was discharged 2 months earlier than the scheduled date (April 30th).
Accordingly, Park Bo-gum and his agency hoped that he would be discharged quietly without releasing a public notice in advance in consideration of the pandemic situation.
Park Bo-gum, who previously applied for keyboard part of the Navy’s Culture Promotion Infantry, served in the military from August 21st after passing through practical and interview tests in 2020.
Ahead of his discharge from the military, Park Bo-gum drew attention as he was seen being a daily instructor in charge of the “Training on successful exemplary leader soldiers” for 680 army trainees at the Naval Education & Training Command in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.
