New Comedy Series “Chicken Nugget” Praised For Unique Content & Excellent Cast
Netflix’s comedy mystery series “Chicken Nugget” drew laughter from viewers by introducing an unprecedented story to viewers
Released on March 15th, “Chicken Nugget” marks the return of Kim Yoo-jung in a series although it was a special appearance. However, her character plays an important role in the storyline as the reason for all the mysterious events in the drama. Two days after its premiere, “Chicken Nugget” may not be a hit but it has received many favorable reviews from viewers.
From the planning stage, the drama already stimulated viewers’ curiosity with its title “Chicken Nugget”. What’s weirder is the plot which begins with Kim Yoo-jung’s character accidentally turning into a chicken nugget. This unexpected transformation eventually results in mysterious secrets that occur on the journey of two men who try to turn her back into a human.
Although the title and the plot sound wicked, “Chicken Nugget” proves itself as a meaningful comedy with creative stories and unpredictable developments. In addition, Ryu Seung-ryong and Ahn Jae-hong also made viewers laugh from the beginning until the end with their impressive acting performances.
“Chicken Nugget” starts with the beautiful girl Choi Min-ah (Kim Yoo-jung) accidentally turning into a chicken nugget after going into a machine created by her father Choi Sun-man (Ryu Seung-ryong). Because of that, her father and his partner Go Baek-jung (Ahn Jae-hong) go on a journey to find the chicken nugget that Choi Min-ah turned into and transform her into a human again.
