Youtuber Freezia (real name Song Jia) recently resumed activities, but netizens are pouring divided responses.
On June 20th, an article titled “How to Steal the Heart of Princess Jia” was posted on the official channel of Sublime.
The article introduced, “Today, we went to the photo shoot site of Song Jia, who became a new member of Sublime in May. Shall we go to the place where we could see Jia shining brightly?”, and added behind-the-scenes photos of her profile photo shoot.
In response to the article, netizens commented, “She seems to be doing well although her image and concept have been ruined by the past incident”, “It is true that we should criticize those who return even after causing social issues, such as crimes and affairs, instead of accepting their comeback. Born in 1997, Song Jia is 28 years old this year. She’s a Youtuber with more than 2 million subscribers.
However, after appearing on Netflix’s “Single’s Inferno” and gaining popularity, she was embroiled in a controversy over using fake products. The controversy intensified as she had always shown off her wealth. Song Jia then apologized and went on a hiatus for self-reflection,
Song Jia resumed activities in June last year by uploading a new video after five months. When her exclusive contract with Hyowon CNC ended in January, she also stopped operating her Youtube channel.
Later in May, Song Jia signed with Sublime and opened a new Youtube channel. Her new channel has attracted more than 100,000 subscribers.
