LE SSERAFIM successfully wrapped up their debut showcase in Japan.
LE SSERAFIM held a showcase for the release of their debut single “FEARLESS” at Tokyo Dome City Hall, Japan at 7 pm KST on January 25th. On that day, not only fans but also about 150 media officials were present, showing high interest in LE SSERAFIM.
LE SSERAFIM performed the b-side song “Blue Flame -Japanese ver.-“ and the title song “FEARLESS -Japanese ver.-” one after another, captivating the audience with their sharp choreography worthy of “the strongest girl group when it comes to performance”. LE SSERAFIM also introduced the b-side songs and told behind-the-scenes stories of working on the album, responding to fans’ enthusiastic interest. In addition, Q&A and game time were held to build unforgettable memories with the audience.
LE SSERAFIM expressed their thoughts, “Debuting in Japan is a new beginning. Although we are worried, we are more excited because we know that FEARNOTs (fandom name) are cheering for us.” Next, the members explained, “The title track ‘FEARLESS -Japanese ver.-‘ is a song that best shows LE SSERAFIM moving forward without being bound by the past.”
Finally, LE SSERAFIM showed their strong aspirations, “As this is our first single released in Japan, we want to show the confident and free image we pursue. We will work hard to have more opportunities to meet you in the future. We ask for your support.”
LE SSERAFIM will appear on TV Asahi’s ‘Music Station’, a representative local music broadcasting station, on January 27th. On January 28th and 31st, they will be on stage at the music festivals ‘GMO Sonic 2023’ and ‘Supersonic Osaka 2023’. Together with world-renowned singers and DJ such as Marshmello, The Chainsmokers, Armin van Buuren, and Steve Aoki, LE SSERAFIM is named in the lineup and exudes a unique presence.
