K-Drama “Remarriage & Desires” about love affairs is drawing keen attention from overseas viewers… “It ranks 8th place on Netflix’s worldwide chart”
Netflix’s “Remarriage & Desires”, which contains various elements, such as love affairs, revenge, and scandals of the upper class, entered the worldwide TV Show ranking.
According to the video streaming ranking website FlixPatrol on July 18th, “Remarriage & Desires” ranked No.8 in Netflix’s worldwide TV Show chart. It is chasing the No.7 series ENA’s “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” closely.
“Remarriage & Desires” also ranked 2nd place in Netflix Korea’s TOP TV Shows, following No.1 “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”.
Released on July 15th, “Remarriage & Desires” depicts the scandal of revenge and desire at a marriage information company for the upper class that trades conditions, not love.
One day, Seo Hye-seung (Kim Hee-sun), a housewife who lost her husband in an instant, joined Rex, a marriage information company for the upper class, and unfolded the case. The secret behind the death of Seo Hye-seung’s husband is the mistress named Jin Yoo-hee (Jung Yoo-jin). Seo Hye-seung’s husband, who had an affair with Jin Yoo-hee on the premise of marriage and was taken away everything, decided to take his own life.
Seo Hye-seung, who later found out that Jin Yoo-hee was trying to enter the top 0.1% of the high society through marriage, joins the competition to become the bride of Rex’s highest-ranking “black”.
Actors Kim Hee-sun, Jung Yoo-jin and Lee Hyun-wook are receiving favorable reviews for their performances.
