A big-scale group poster of “Snowdrop” that allows you to see all 23 actors of the show at a glance has been released.
The production team of JTBC’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Snowdrop” (written by Yoo Hyun-mi / directed by Cho Hyun-tak / produced by Drama House Studio, JTBC Studio) recently released a group poster ahead of its first broadcast on Dec 18th. The “Snowdrop” group poster consists of the black and white versions of all 23 cast members, raising the audience’s expectations for various characters.
In the center, Jung Hae-in, who plays “Lim Su-ho”, was wearing in a black suit, and Ji-soo, who plays “Eun Young-ro”, was in a dress, catching fans’ attention. Actress Yoo In-na, who plays the role of surgeon “Kang Cheong-ya”, amplifies the viewer’s curiosity with her glasses, suit, and expressionless face. In addition, actor Yoon Se-ah, who stars as the dormitory director Pi Seung-hee, draws attention by transforming her hair into a short perm.
The 23 cast members showed off their individuality with different hairstyles, costumes, and facial expressions such as Jang Seung-jo as Lee Kang-mu, a stubborn single-minded and head of the National Security Agency’s anti-aircraft investigation team, Jung Yoo-jin as Jang Han-na, a member of the anti-aircraft investigation team, and Kim Hye-yoon as Gye Bun-ok, a telephone operator who is the mascot of the Ho-su Women’s University dormitory.
Beside, the powerful cast lineup including Heo Joon-ho as “Eun Chang-soo”, Park Seong-woong as “Nam Tae-il”, Kim Jung-nan as “Hong Ae-ra”, Jung Hye-young as “Jo Seong-shim”, Baek Ji-won as “Choi Mi-hye”, Lee Hwa-ryong as “Ahn Kyung-hee”, Kim Min-gyu as “Joo Gyeok-chan”, Jang In-seop as “Eung-cheol”, Jung Shin-hye as “Go Hye-ryeong”, Kim Mi-soo as “Yeo Jeong-min”, Choi Hee-jin as “Yoon Seol-hee”, Ahn Dong-goo as “Choi Byung-tae”, Heo Nam-joon as “Oh Gwang-tae”, Kim Jong-soo as “Kim Man-dong”, Nam Mi-jung as “Oh Deok-shim”, Jung Yi-seo as “Shin Kyung-ja” showed off their presence with different charms.
The production team of “Snowdrop” has raised fans’ expectations by saying, “The lively characters played by the best actors are one of the key points for everyone to watch out for ‘Snowdrop’.” Set in Seoul in 1987, “Snowdrop” tells the story of a desperate love that goes against the times between Su-ho (Jung Hae-in), a prestigious university student who suddenly jumps into a women university’s dormitory wounded in blood, and Young-ro (Ji-soo), who hides and takes care of him amidst the surveillance and extreme situation. Viewers are looking forward to the reunion of writer Yoo Hyun-mi and director Jo Hyun-tak, who caused a syndrome in Korea with “SKY Castle”.
The drama will premiere at 10:30 p.m. on December 18th.
