IU’s 1st concert night: Star-studded audiences, special guest NewJeans, alternate ending of “Love Wins All” MV unveiled
IU's first concert night of the “H.E.R. World Tour” was a success.
On March 2nd, IU kicked off her solo tour, IU H.E.R. World Tour Concert IN SEOUL, at KSPO DOME. Over the course of four hours, IU performed nearly 30 songs. NewJeans was the special guest of the night, treating the audience to a medley of hits including ETA, Shh.. (Hyein Part), and Ditto.
Amidst the performances, IU delighted fans with various unexpected treats, one being an alternate ending to “Love Wins All,” co-starring BTS’ V. While the original MV depicted the two main characters vanishing, leaving only their clothing behind, the concert version showed V behind the wheel of a car, with IU seated on his lap, her arm lovingly draped around his neck. Both were dressed in wedding attire, exchanging tender embraces.
Additionally, being IU’s concert, it attracted various fellow artists who came out to show their support on opening night. Notable attendees included Yoo Jae Suk, Yang Se Chan, EXO’s D.O., Heize, aespa’s Winter, actress Park Sol Mi, actor Lee Jong Suk, and three former members of I.O.I – Mina, Chaeyeon, and Yoojung.
