Hwasa will make a solo comeback in September? P Nation: “Not confirmed”

Hwasa, a female soloist and member of girl group Mamamoo, is preparing for a solo comeback scheduled for September.

On August 15th, a media outlet reported that Hwasa will make a solo comeback in September with an album.

In response, Hwasa’s agency, P Nation, stated to OSEN on the same day, “It is planned for September, but not confirmed.”

Meanwhile, after the expiration of her exclusive contract with RBW, Hwasa transferred to P Nation, an entertainment agency led by PSY. As this will be Hwasa’s first album release under the new agency, there is great anticipation for the kind of music she will present.

On the other hand, Hwasa debuted as a member of the four-member girl group Mamamoo in June 2014 and gained love from the public with hit songs such as “Mr. Ambiguous,” “Piano Man,” “Um Oh Ah Yeh,” “You’re the Best,” “Décalcomanie,” “Yes I Am,” and “Starry Night.”

Following her solo debut in 2019 with “Twit”, Hwasa received recognition as a solo artist by releasing songs like “Maria” and “I’m a B”. Recently, she also met viewers through the tvN show “Dancing Queens on the Road.”
