Honey Lee, Park So Dam, and Sol Kyung Gu’s movie “Phantom” to release in January 2023

The upcoming movie “Phantom”, which stars Park Hae Soo, Honey Lee, Sol Kyung Gu, Park So Dam, and Seo Hyun Woo announced an official release date.

The movie “Phantom” (working title, also known as “Ghost”), will be released on January 18th, 2023, according to an official report.

In a poster released along with this news, Park Hae Soo, Honey Lee, Sol Kyung Gu, Park So Dam, and Seo Hyun Woo herald a new transformation against the background of the Japanese colonial period in 1933. At the same time, a hotel standing on the edge of a cliff can be seen. This “Hotel” is a trap to catch the “phantom”, a spy of the anti-Japanese organization, and so stands on top of a cliff with no way out. The panoramic view of the fortress-like hotel, where no one can go out on their own, marks the beginning of a story full of tension between those who must be captured, those who must survive through doubts, and real “phantoms” who must not be discovered.

In “Phantom”, Sol Kyung Gu transforms into an officer who wears a Japanese police uniform  and looks suspicious and wary, while Honey Lee’s character, who is in charge of cipher text recording in the Government General Department, seems to be hiding her complicated inner side with an erected coat collar. On the other hand, Park So Dam is dressed in a Japanese military uniform, Park Hae Soo assumes the role of a head of bodyguard for the Japanese military, and Seo Hyun Woo boasts a mysterious aura, making the audience curious about the conflicting goals and interests between them.

“Phantom” will be released on January 18th of 2023.
