“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” Star Ha Yoon Kyung Joins Netflix’s “Alone in the Woods”
Actress Ha Yoon Kyung has joined the cast of Netflix’s new series “Alone in the Woods.”
According to SPOTV News, Ha Yoon Kyung will portray Lee Jung Eun’s childhood character in Netflix’s upcoming series “Alone in the Woods.”
“Alone in the Woods” is a mystery thriller about a guesthouse owner whose life is turned upside down by a mysterious woman who appears at the pension during the summer.
The series is directed by Mo Wan Il, who directed “The World of the Married” and “Misty,” and features a star-studded cast including Kim Yoon Seok, Yoon Kye Sang, Go Min Si, and Lee Jung Eun.
Ha Yoon Kyung will play the young Lee Jung Eun, who is a strong-willed ace detective in a special investigation unit. She approaches the case with persistence and views solving crimes as a kind of game.
As a former employee of a small-town police station twenty years ago, she now serves as a station chief and pays special attention to Yeong Ha (Kim Yoon Seok), who is on the trail of a suspicious case.
Ha Yoon Kyung gained attention after earning the nickname “Spring Sunshine” in last year’s drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo.” Following her success, she landed lead roles in upcoming dramas such as “See You In My 19th Life” and “Bulk,” and now joins “Alone in the Woods,” solidifying her status as a rising star in the industry.
“Alone in the Woods” is set to be released on Netflix in over 190 countries worldwide.
