Current whereabouts of ex-LE SSERAFIM’s Kim Garam after leaving the group due to school bullying controversy 

How Kim Garam is doing after leaving LE SSERAFIM has been revealed. 

On November 22nd, posts titled “Current whereabouts of former LE SSERAFIM member Kim Garam” were uploaded on various Korean online communities.

In two photos that were included in these posts, Kim Garam is wearing the bright yellow school uniform of School of Performing Arts Seoul (SOPA) and posing among her friends. Although she was wearing a mask, her bright expression attracted attention.

Previously, rumors were raised that Kim Garam dropped out because she was being bullied when returning to school after the termination of her exclusive contract with Source Music/HYBE. However, these rumors were later found to be untrue. 

An evidence of the rumor, the desk allegedly belongs to Kim Garam with abusive language written on it, was actually a joke made by friends in her middle school before she debuted. Kim Garam is seemingly doing well in high school. 

There were also eyewitness reports that Kim Garam was working part-time at a fast food restaurant, but it also turned out to be false.

Meanwhile, Kim Garam made her debut in the music industry earlier in May as part of HYBE’s highly-anticipated rookie girl group LE SSERAFIM. From the debut teasers for each member that lasted about a month to the addictive title track “FEARLESS” and catchy b-sides, LE SSERAFIM received great attention.

However, as soon as Kim Garam was revealed as a member, she was embroiled in controversy as suspicions of her committing school violence in the past were raised. Since then, the accuser and Kim Garam’s side have engaged in a truth battle. In the end, Kim Garam suspended her activities 18 days after LE SSERAFIM’s debut and officially left the group and the agency after 2 months.
