Cha Tae-hyun shed tears at the affectionate letter from his wife in Korea.

The latest episode of JTBC’s variety show “Express Delivery: Mongolia Edition,” which aired on September 29th, depicted Kim Jong-kook, Jang Hyuk, Cha Tae-hyun, Hong Kyung-min, Hong Kyung-in, and Kang Hoon entering Khyargas Lake, one of Mongolia’s three major lakes, for their sixth delivery, whose recipient and delivery destination are unclear.

The six men began delivering the package to meet the scheduled delivery time of 9 o’clock. The sixth package aroused curiosity because there was no sender and only the name of the recipient. They rushed their steps with delivery boxes over the ridge, where even vehicles could not enter. As the surrounding environment, which makes it hard to imagine that there would be a house, was constantly unfolding, the six cast members made various assumptions about who the owner of the package was. Hong Kyung-min lamented, “No matter how hard I try to, I can’t predict it.”

Doubtful, the six men arrived at the top of the rocky mountain, the destination of the shipment. However, at this time, a text message related to the delivery came and the names of the members appeared as the name of the recipients, provoking surprise. The owners of the sixth package were the members.

Each member checked the packages sent to him. Finally, Cha Tae-hyun received a letter from none other than his wife, Choi Seok-eun. Cha Tae-hyun, who shed tears after opening the envelope, choked up as he read his wife’s affectionate letter, which begins with “To my beloved husband, Tae-hyun.”

Cha Tae-hyun’s wife said in the letter, “I’m a little sick these days, so you’re having a hard time taking care of the children for me, right? I always feel sorry, but I want to get better quickly and do well. I think it’s already been 30 years since we met, dated, and married. Thank you for always loving me. Let’s continue to take care of each other and love each other as we do now.”

Cha Tae-hyun, who read the letter with tears, said, “My wife is not feeling well these days. There are such personal circumstances.” Kim Jong-kook envied Cha Tae-hyun and his wife’s affectionate love, saying, “I think marriage is worth it.”
