Cha Eunwoo takes the global stage at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan and is selected as a key category winner
On October 27th, the ‘MTV Video Music Awards Japan’ (MTV VMAJ) officially announced this year’s list of winners on their website.
Cha Eunwoo was honored with the ‘Global Icon Award’ at the ‘MTV VMAJ,’ becoming the first Asian artist to receive this award.
Cha Eunwoo will meet Japanese fans and attend the ‘MTV VMAJ’ held on November 22nd and 23rd at the K Airena Yokohama.
Cha Eunwoo is actively engaged in various activities. He is currently taking on the role of Jin Seowon, the male lead of MBC-TV’s drama ‘A Good Day to Be a Dog,’ which premiered on October 11th.
MTV VMAJ is the Japanese version of the U.S. ‘MTV Video Music Awards,’ and it has been awarding the best music videos and artists since 2002.
