BTS is placed 1st in the recently announced June 2023 Star Brand Reputation rankings.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute measured a total of 225,077,965 pieces of big data related to star brands through consumer behavior analysis from May 30, 2023, to June 30, 2023. This represents a 16.51% increase compared to the 193,176,055 pieces of big data analyzed in May.
Star brand reputation analysis measures the relationship with consumers, positive and negative evaluations, media interest, and consumer interest and communication volume.
Star brand reputation analysis targeted brands in the top rankings among entertainers, singers, drama actors, film actors, boy groups, girl groups, and sports figures.
The top 30 rankings in June 2023 Star Brand Reputation are BTS, Lim Young Woong, PSY, Son Heung Min, Kang Daniel, aespa, BLACKPINK, IU, (G)I-DLE, SEVENTEEN, IVE, Yoo Jae Suk, Uhm Jung Hwa, Ma Dong Seok, Lee Chan Won, Baek Jong Won, New Jeans, Stray Kids, Park Seo Joon, MONSTA X, Song Joong Ki, TWICE, SHINee, LE SSERAFIM, NCT, Tak Jae Hoon, Lee Jun Hyuk, Oh My Girl, Lee Byung Hun, Ryu Hyun Jin.
BTS, ranked 1st, records a brand participation index of 538,958, media index of 1,970,360, communication index of 3,289,896, and community index of 5,174,136, resulting in a brand reputation index of 10,973,349. This represents a 51.55% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 7,240,834 in May.
Ranked 2nd, Lim Young Woong records a brand participation index of 1,638,726, media index of 1,219,005, communication index of 1,824,546, and community index of 2,970,064, resulting in a brand reputation index of 7,652,341. This represents a 6.82% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 7,163,678 in May.
Ranked 3rd, PSY records a brand participation index of 113,847, media index of 1,542,969, communication index of 2,187,565, and community index of 1,890,867, resulting in a brand reputation index of 5,735,248. This represents a 125.72% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,540,919 in May.
In 4th place, soccer star Son Heung Min records a participation index of 1,070,586, media index of 1,748,049, communication index of 1,425,572, and community index of 1,401,949, making a brand reputation index of 5,646,156. Compared to last May’s brand reputation index of 3,683,054, it increased by 53.30%.
In 5th place, Kang Daniel’s brand, with participation index 208,856, media index 927,418, communication index 1,466,373, and community index 2,165,333, was analyzed to have a brand reputation index of 4,767,981. Compared to last May’s brand reputation index of 1,553,550, it increased by 206.91%.
