BTS member Jungkook will make a surprise appearance on SBS’s music program “Inkigayo” this week.
Through a Weverse live broadcast on the morning of July 27th, Jungkook personally informed fans that he would perform a “Seven” stage at “Inkigayo”.
“Seven” is Jungkook’s official solo debut song and it became a global hit after achieving No.1 on the US Billboard ‘HOT 100’ chart on the 25th.
In this regard, Jungkook expressed his gratitude, saying, “Thank you for the No.1 on Billboard (Single Chart). I was very happy to hear that.”
He continued, “There would be so much fun promoting a song after a long time. I remembered the music shows”, adding “Since I won first place on Billboard so fast, I feel so thankful and I think I should repay you guys”, revealing the reason he decided to appear on a domestic music program.
Jungkook added, “I think I’ll be able to meet ARMY (BTS’s fandom) on the music show. I’m really looking forward to meeting you guys. I want to meet ARMY before the excitement of the promotion cools down”.
Jungkook has already planned to perform “Seven” in New York and London. So, this is the first time he is appearing on a domestic music program with the song “Seven”.
