Fans of boy group BIGBANG are shedding tears of joy after seeing a new video featuring Taeyang and G-Dragon
A video uploaded by Taeyang on his official YouTube channel at noon on February 10th is causing explosive reactions. Titled “#TAEYANG x #GD #VIBEchallenge”, the video is 53 seconds long and begins with a scene in which Taeyang dances while wearing sunglasses.
In the video, he approaches a man sitting on a chair, whose face is not visible because he wears a hat. The man then gets up and dances along with Taeyang, showing off insane synchronization as if the two have been doing this together for ages.
Fans who watched the video were shocked. While the man’s face didn’t show properly, his unique dance moves prove his identity as none other than fellow BIGBANG member G-Dragon.
As Taeyang resumed his activities, many fans believed that some BIGBANG members would appear and show their support, yet the suddenly-dropped video took them all by surprise. In addition, G-Dragon’s splendid dance moves, which were usually performed by biting his lower lip and moving his body minimally, also drew admiration.

When the video was shared on the online community theqoo, netizens here also bursted into cheers, expressing their enthusiasm by saying, “They’re still alive”, “It’s worth the wait”, “It’s been such a long time since this combination that it feels weird”, “I was deeply impressed”, and so on.
On the other hand, BIGBANG, who debuted under YG Entertainment in 2006, celebrated their 17th anniversary this year. The group originally consisted of 5 members, including G-Dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P, Daesung, and Seungri, but Seungri left the team in 2019 after his “Burning Sun” controversy.
As the group’s activities decreased due to enlistment, there were concerns among fans about a disbandment, but the members are still close friends. After being discharged from the military in November 2019, Taeyang returned on January 13th, 2023, with the new song “VIBE” (ft Jimin of BTS). He also signed with the YG-affiliated agency The Black Label.
