In the teaser video for aespa’s 3rd SMCU episode, Karina is compared to a “champion” in famous game “League of Legends”.
On February 20th, a video titled “ep.3 Girls (Don’t you know I’m a Savage?)’ Teaser – SM Culture Universe” was published on the official YouTube channel of aespa.
The video teases the 3rd episode of aespa’s SMCU series, where the girl group has a final confrontation with Black Mamba, as they came to KWANGYA to solve the SYNK OUT situation, where their connection with the avatar “ae” is lost.
aespa, who built the SMCU worldview through “Black Mamba”, “Next Level”, and “Savage”, will end the “SMCU aespa Season 1” with the third episode, “Girls”.
So far, the teaser video is a mixture of live-action, animation, and comics, where members of aespa travel back and forth between reality and the new world KWANGYA.
Winter uses a sword and gun to confront the Black Mamba, while Karina uses her giant fists to fight. The cool transformation of Karina is even being compared to a “champion” (character) in the famous game “League of Legends” (hereinafter referred to as “LOL”).
In particular, netizens who saw the video left responses such as, “Seeing Karina’s big first, I guess she transformed into a LOL champion”, “Karina’s design is similar to that of a LOL champion”, and “Wow, SM really turned Karina into a LOL champion.”
On the other hand, aespa will hold their first solo concert at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul on February 25th and 26th.
