On June 7, Son Ye Jin uploaded several photos and videos to her social media account with the caption, “A spoonful of memories.” Among the clips was a touching moment featuring Son Ye Jin and her son, Woo Jin, discovering a tiny sand crab by the beach.
In the video, Son Ye Jin carefully placed the small crab she had caught near the water onto her palm to show it to her son. Little Woo Jin reached out with his tiny hands to hold the crab, but moments later, it slipped away and hurried between the rocks. Seeing the crab escape from his son’s hands, Hyun Bin immediately bent down and began searching for it again.
The short clip captured a simple but heartwarming scene — a mother catching a tiny crab for her child, a son accidentally letting it go, and a father quickly stepping in to help retrieve it. Son Ye Jin quietly recorded the moment on camera while Hyun Bin carefully looked between the rocks for the runaway crab.
The photos also included other precious family memories from their trip. In one image, Son Ye Jin crouched beside Woo Jin on a beach at sunset, while the little boy stood holding a large balloon. Against the backdrop of the sea and the evening sky, the pair appeared to be enjoying a peaceful walk together.
Meanwhile, Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin tied the knot in March 2022 and welcomed their son in November of the same year. In the recently shared video, it was ultimately Hyun Bin who stepped in to catch the tiny crab again after Woo Jin accidentally let it escape.
