Liu Yangyang, known mononymously as Yangyang, is a Chinese singer, dancer, rapper, and rapper-vocalist based in South Korea. He is a member of the South Korean boy group NCT and its sub-units WayV and NCT U, managed by SM Entertainment and Label V. Yangyang is known for his charismatic stage presence, multilingual abilities, and versatile performance skills.

Early Life and Education

Yangyang was born Liu Yangyang on October 10, 2000, in Taipei, Taiwan. As the eldest child in his family, he grew up bilingual in Mandarin and Taiwanese, later learning Korean and English, which has contributed to his international appeal as an idol.
