Fans are expressing deep concern for I-DLE’s Shuhua, who recently opened up about her serious back-related health problems during the group’s two-day concert in Kobe, Japan.

According to fan accounts shared online, Shuhua appeared visibly in pain on stage and later addressed the audience directly, revealing that her back pain has worsened to the point where she now needs a wheelchair for support.
Speaking candidly, Shuhua told fans she has been struggling both physically and mentally due to her condition. She apologized for being unable to perform to her fullest, and expressed gratitude for the fans’ understanding and patience.

“I’m sorry that I couldn’t show as much as I wanted today. My body won’t let me move as freely as before,” she said. “If you see Minnie or Yuqi looking sad because of me, please don’t be. It would break my heart even more to think it’s my fault.”
She also shared that she plans to undergo a full medical examination soon to determine the best course of treatment.
Shuhua further explained that the medication for her treatment causes weight gain, a side effect that’s been difficult for her as a public figure constantly in the spotlight.

To manage this, she said she had been losing some weight in advance to prevent additional strain on her back if the side effects occur.
“If I look thinner in the future, please don’t worry,” Shuhua reassured fans. “It’s part of the process to make sure I can recover well.”
Her honesty about the physical and emotional toll of her condition moved fans worldwide, who praised her courage and professionalism for continuing to perform despite the pain.

Following her heartfelt update, online communities flooded with messages of concern and encouragement. Many netizens, some of whom shared personal experiences with similar conditions, emphasized the importance of rest and recovery over work.
“A herniated disc can be debilitating — she shouldn’t push herself. Health must come first,” one fan wrote on TheQoo.
“Even standing on stage in that condition is amazing. I hope she gets proper treatment and rests well,” another commented.
Others expressed admiration for her transparency and resilience, calling her an inspiration to fans facing their own health struggles.
As of now, Cube Entertainment has not released an official statement regarding Shuhua’s condition. Fans continue to send messages of love and support through social media, trending hashtags like #GetWellSoonShuhua and #StayStrongShuhua across multiple platforms.
Shuhua’s determination to stay connected with fans, even while battling health issues, once again shows the strong bond between I-DLE and Neverland.
