Girl group BABYMONSTER mentioned their diet tips.

In the latest episode of SBS Power FM’s “Park So-hyun’s Love Game,” which aired on July 16th, girl group BABYMONSTER appeared as guests.

While everyone was listening to BABYMONSTER’s “DREAM,” DJ Park So-hyun mentioned a video clip of the members as trainees. Regarding this, Rora said, “During our fan meeting, the video was played in the background. When we were rehearsing for the fan meeting and saw it, we were like, ‘My tears are coming out,’ and ‘I’m crying!’ It was a memorable moment.”

Then, Park So-hyun asked, “If you could go back and meet the person you were at that time, what would you tell her” and Ruka replied, “I (would told her) to lose a little more weight. If I had taken care of myself more then, I would have liked to.” The members waved their hands saying, “You are already so thin now”

BABYMONSTER members also shared their diet tips. Ruka said, “It’s better to avoid salty foods. Back then, I loved Korean food so much that I ate doenjang jjigae, galbitang, and so on. And I think I try not to eat snacks as much as possible.”

Rora added, “I’m trying a blood sugar control diet these days. Apple cider vinegar is very popular these days so I am drinking that too, but it’s not good.” Park So-hyun drew attention by adding, “I’m drinking it too, but I recommend you to continue it because it’s healthier to drink it and eat vegetables and sweets later.”
