Winners who won the award at the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards a year ago and stars who are about to reunite with viewers with their new works will all head to the stage of the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards. Despite their busy schedule, they are united only for the Baeksang Art Awards.

The winners of last year’s awards are stepping up to celebrate and encourage this year’s nominees. Yoo Jae-seok, who won 2 Daesang awards (at the 49th and 57th ceremonies) in the TV category of the Baeksang Arts Awards, will appear as the presenter of the Daesang winner in the TV category. Yoo Jae-seok, who boasts his unshakable top position, will go on stage to celebrate his senior and junior colleagues. Director Lee Joon-ik, who has a special relationship with Baeksang Arts Award (nominees of the 42nd Baeksang Awards, and Daesang winner of the 52nd and 57th Baeksang Awards), will also attend as a presenter in the movie category to console the film industry, which has been struggling due to the pandemic.

Shin Ha-kyun and Kim So-yeon, who won the “Best Actor/Actress” award in the TV category, will also join the ceremony. The 58th Baeksang Arts Awards are for all content provided on terrestrial, general, cable, OTT, and online websites from April 12, 2021 to March 31, 2022, or works released in Korea at the same time. The Baeksang Arts Awards, the only comprehensive art awards ceremony in Korea that encompasses TV, movies and stage plays, will be held at the 4th Hall of KINTEX’s first exhibition hall in Ilsan, Goyang, from 7:45 p.m. on May 6th.
