YG “BLACKPINK to Make Full-Group Comeback and World Tour in 2025”

YG Entertainment announced that BLACKPINK will be making a full-group comeback and embarking on a world tour next year to meet fans

According to YG Entertainment on September 24th, BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” dance performance video surpassed 1.7 billion views on YouTube around 2 AM. This achievement comes about 4 years and 2 months after its release on July 6th, 2020, marking it as the first and highest record for a K-pop choreography video.

YG Entertainment added “BLACKPINK plans to meet fans with a full-group comeback in 2025, along with a world tour“, which has delighted fans.

BLACKPINK reigns as the undisputed “YouTube Queen”, leaving a significant mark in the history of K-pop girl groups. They have four videos on their official YouTube channel that have surpassed 1.7 billion views, including “DDU-DU DDU-DU” (2.2 billion views), “Kill This Love” (2 billion views) and “Boombayah” (1.7 billion views).

The explosive view count of their choreography videos is a trademark of BLACKPINK, showcasing the intense interest from global fans in their performances. The music video for “How You Like That” recently surpassed 1.3 billion views, maintaining its popularity, making future trends highly anticipated.

“How You Like That” conveys a message of soaring high despite any circumstances. It won the “Song of the Summer” award at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards and topped YouTube’s “Global Top Summer Song” the same year.

The song also achieved impressive chart performance. It reached “Perfect All Kill” on Korean charts and ranked 2nd on Spotify’s Global Top 50, as well as 20th and 33rd on the UK Official Singles Top 100 and Billboard Hot 100, respectively, marking remarkable success in the mainstream pop market.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK has released a total of 47 videos with over 100 million views, showcasing their enduring strength on YouTube.
