SM Entertainment’s first survival show is coming.
The teaser video for “NCT Universe: LASTART”, a pre-debut reality show in which the trainees compete to become NCT NEW TEAM, was released on the official YouTube channel on July 19th.
The trailer, which began with the appearance of the most talented trainees selected from all over the world, showed the trainees’ intense practice process to join NCT NEW TEAM. In addition, a large number of SM artists such as Max Changmin, Donghae, Hyoyeon, Taemin, Xiumin and Taeyong appeared to support them.
In particular, the artist directors who will be with the project from start to finish, shared their thoughts after seeing the trainees perform. BoA, Eunhyuk and Jang Jin Young made sharp yet cool-headed evaluations, giving carrots and sticks so that the trainees could develop further without complacency. 10 trainees also resolved, “So I don’t fall behind… I’m going to give it my all to prove that I have what it takes. I’ll put my whole life on the line.“
“NCT Universe: LASTART”, which is scheduled to premiere on July 27th, is a pre-debut reality program that introduces NCT NEW TEAM, one of the three rookie groups mentioned in the “SM 3.0: NEW IP 2023” video.
From July 10th to 14th, a total of 10 trainees including RIKU, RYO, HARUTA, KASSHO, JUNGMIN, ANDERSON, MINJAE, RYU, HEITETSU and SAKUYA were revealed, drawing attention.
Meanwhile, “NCT Universe: LASTART”, which is scheduled to premiere on July 27th, will be available on Hulu and Nippon TV (Japan), KOCOWA+ (wavve Americas) (North America, Central America, South America) as well as ENA and TVING (Korea).
