Arden Cho drew attention by leaving a review for “The Glory”.
On January 5th, Arden Cho posted on her Twitter account, “‘The Glory‘ is so good. K-dramas are always on another level.”
She added, “But are there really bad students like that? I’m so scared. I’m looking forward to the rest of the revenge.”
Arden Cho recently played Ingrid Yun, the main character of Netflix’s original series “Partner Track”. “Partner Track”, which was released worldwide through Netflix, also gained popularity in Korea and is even called the legal version of “Sex and the City”. Unfortunately, it got canceled by Netflix after season 1.
“The Glory” mentioned by Arden Cho is a story about elementary school teacher Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo), whose soul was shattered by brutal violence in high school. She meticulously prepared for revenge in her 20s and 30s. Song Hye Kyo and writer Kim Eun Sook received a lot of attention as they reunited six years after the popular drama “Descendants of the Sun” in 2016.
According to Netflix TOP 10, “The Glory” recorded 25.41 million viewing hours in just three days after its release on December 30th, ranking third in Netflix Global TOP 10 TV (non-English) category.
