TWICE’s comeback after 7 months: Eyes focused on Jeongyeon’s current situation that has changed dramatically

Attention is being drawn to the current situation of TWICE member Jeongyeon.

JYP Entertainment posted the opening trailer for TWICE’s 12th mini album “READY TO BE” on its official YouTube channel on February 20th. This video shows all 9 members of TWICE, each with a different concept.  Among them, Jeongyeon’s appearance particularly drew attention.

Jeongyeon’s scene appeared in the middle and latter half of the opening trailer. She appeared wearing a light blue angora off-the-shoulder knit with her hair tied. Jeongyeon showed off visuals that remind fans of her legendary days, boasting a deep collarbone and a sleek V-line. In particular, Jeongyeon’s charm also shined to the fullest with her unique deep eyes.

Previously, Jeongyeon suffered from anxiety disorders and a herniated disc in her neck. She stopped official TWICE activities for a while and concentrated on recovery. In the process, she reportedly had a difficult time experiencing steroid side effects. At that time, fans reacted with concern to Jeongyeon, who gained weight rapidly.

Expectations are high on what kind of image Jeongyeon will show during TWICE’s upcoming comeback, after overcoming various problems and standing in front of fans again.

Meanwhile, TWICE is making a comeback after about 7 months with their 12th mini album “READY TO BE.”

The album includes the title track “SET ME FREE,” as well as songs such as “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE,” “GOT THE THRILLS” and “BLAME IT ON ME.” The title track “SET ME FREE” is a song with a groovy baseline and a simple yet powerful sound, characterized by free and energetic vibes.
