TVXQ Looks Back On Their 20-Year Career, “Our Passion Is Like Blue Flame That Is Hotter Than Red Flame”

At the press conference to commemorate the release of TVXQ’s 9th full album “20&2” held at Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Max Changmin shared, “We’ve come this far with the help of countless people, including the staff. I believe that our greatest source of strength is definitely our fans”.

He added, “I think the place where we are standing and the steps we have taken were all possible thanks to our fans. With the mindset that we should never disappoint fans, we worked hard and presented a lot of activities and that’s how we have continued doing activities until now”.

U-Know Yunho also expressed his thoughts, saying “It seems that the memories we shared with fans and the people who have worked hard with us from the beginning until now are all the driving forces and the constellation Cassiopeia (TVXQ’s fandom name) that guided us to keep moving forward”

When asked about the secret behind their stable activities for the past 20 years, Changmin said, “Not long ago, I watched an animation called ‘Blue Giant’. There was a scene where the character performed passionately on a small stage, and not only the audience in the film but also people in the theater were all captivated. They all shed tears and cheered with sincere emotions.”

With a cautious heart, I have hopes that people who have supported us with such passion will continue to do so for a long time. I want to live and perform passionately and heat up the flame more brightly for them”.

Meanwhile, “20&2” is the new album that TVXQ will release after five years in order to celebrate their 20th debut anniversary.
