tvN’s 2022 lineup that is going to make drama fans go crazy (ft. Jo Bo-ah, Shin Min-ah, Kim Woo-bin, and more)
These original dramas of tvN to be broadcast in the first half of 2022 have been scheduled.
1. Our Blues
“Our Blues” is a new work of screenwriter Noh Hee-kyung and director Kim Kyu-tae. Against the backdrop of Jeju Island, this omnibus drama tells stories of people who are standing at different stages of life, including at the beginning, peak, or the end. The cast members are Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-ah, Cha Seung-won, Kim Woo-bin, Lee Jung-eun, Han Ji-min, Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Hye-ja, and Go Doo-shim.
2. Return
“Return” is a TV series that depicts the love and growth of young magicians when dealing with spirits from heaven. This is a new work written by Hong Sisters (Hong Jung-eun and Hong Mi-ran), who were behind the success of dramas “Delightful Girl Choon-hyang”, “My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho”, “Hotel del Luna”, etc.
PD Park Joon-hwa, who was greatly loved for directing “Because This Is My First Life” and “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim”, grabbed the megaphone for “Return”. Actors Jung So-min, Lee Jae-wook, Yoo Joon-sang, Joo Sang-wook, Oh My Girl Arin, and NU’EST Hwang Min-hyun will appear in this drama.
3. Kill Heel
“Kill Heel” centers around the fierce home shopping world, the competition of show hosts who have different individualities, and stories of women surviving in the world of power. Actress Kim Ha-neul will appear in this drama as the home shopping show host Woo-hyun. Woo-hyun is a talented host who performs well with both her personal life and career. However, she is losing her composure due to the sluggish situation in which she can’t get to the top.
4. Military Prosecutor Doberman
“Military Prosecutor Doberman” tells the story that begins when a man who becomes a military prosecutor for money meets a woman who pursues this job for revenge. The two will break down the absurdities and evils inside the military environment and grow into real prosecutors.
Actress Jo Bo-ah and actor Ahn Bo-hyun play the two main characters. PD Jin Chang-gyu is in charge of directing the drama.
5. Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong
“Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong” centers around a famous psychiatrist who is kicked out of the palace after being caught up in a court conspiracy then becomes a true doctor. PD Park Won-guk is in charge of directing this series, starring actors Kim Min-jae, Kim Hyang-gi and Kim Sang-kyung.
